What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• follow up on leads and quotes
• identify customer needs and recommend insurance products
• quote and sell auto, home/renters, life, health, and other insurance products
• overcome objections and ask for the sale
• cross-sell to existing customers
• maintain customer records and follow-up activities
• meet individual and agency sales goals.
