Admissions Concierge — Continental

Compensation is $0 per year. The Admissions Concierge role is onsite in Chicago, IL. The position supports admissions and patient experience at the Continental health center(s), working with the Transition Advisor and health center team. The role coordinates admissions from pre-admission through discharge and helps ensure patient needs and room readiness are communicated clearly. Customer-service rounds during the first 24 hours and throughout the stay support patient satisfaction and a seamless admissions experience.

What you'll do

• Oversee admissions from pre-admission through discharge, including admissions contracts, PASARRs, and CHIRPs
• conduct customer-service rounds within the first 24 hours and throughout the patient stay
• report patient satisfaction to center leadership
• coordinate with the Transition Advisor and health center team
• communicate patient-specific needs and room readiness
• mobilize between centers within the assigned coverage territory.
