What you'll do

• Install and remove electronic monitoring, GPS, and breath alcohol testing equipment
• support equipment service and maintenance
• keep service-call records
• inspect and clean equipment
• process alarms when required by program requirements
• assist with activity-schedule data entry
• contact participants when needed
• maintain calibration and repair records
• handle equipment shipping and receiving
• diagnose and repair equipment under company procedures
• and liaise with Sentinel or contracted agencies as needed.
