What you'll do

• Represent technology and media companies in litigation
• analyze First Amendment and constitutional issues involving emerging media technologies
• litigate platform defense matters and constitutional challenges
• research complex legal issues
• draft briefs, motions, and memoranda
• develop litigation strategies
• work with partners and clients
• build subject-matter expertise and support junior attorneys.
