What you'll do

• Answer inbound sales calls and return inquiries
• call warm leads and follow up
• lead membership consultations covering the program, pricing, labs, provider visits, and next steps
• explain membership categories at a program level without giving medical advice
• qualify interest and fit, set expectations, enroll members or book next steps
• maintain CRM notes and pipeline, track activity and conversion goals
• hand off to clinical operations
• stay current on plans, included care options, pricing, and common objections.
