Green Chain Puller

The Green Chain Puller role is onsite in Monroe, OR, with compensation of $19.50–$21 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. The position is at a local lumber mill and supports its production line. The role helps keep lumber production moving safely and efficiently by pulling, sorting, stacking, and inspecting freshly cut boards and assisting with general mill duties as needed.

What you'll do

• Pull lumber from the moving green chain conveyor
• sort and stack boards by size, grade, and production requirements
• visually inspect lumber and remove damaged or defective boards
• maintain production pace
• follow safety procedures and production standards
• keep the work area clean and organized
• assist with other general mill duties as needed.
