• Advise clients on energy regulatory matters, power markets, infrastructure transactions, co-located generation, large-scale energy procurement, and related issues
• manage client and counsel relationships
• communicate complex matters clearly
• contribute to sophisticated transactions and regulatory proceedings as applicable.
