What you'll do

• Lead and coach the team
• oversee quoting, proposals, contract reviews, customer communications, and changes
• coordinate manufacturing plans with engineering, procurement, quality, and production
• improve workflows
• monitor workload, costs, profitability, delivery, and revenue forecasts
• maintain procedures and cross-training
• partner on technology and automation improvements
• uphold contractual, quality, and security requirements.
