The CNC Maintenance Technician I role is onsite in Gallatin, TN. Compensation is $25.17–$31.72 per hour. The position supports Beretta U.S.A.’s manufacturing floor and production of firearms. The role exists to keep CNC production moving while maintaining part quality, machine performance, and safe work practices. The technician operates and sets up equipment, troubleshoots machining issues, supports operators, and contributes to process improvements and machine uptime.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and machining centers
• position materials and monitor machine processes
• support production flow and track parts
• inspect parts using calibrated instruments, gauges, blueprints, and process sheets
• adjust tools and offsets
• troubleshoot machining and tooling problems
• assist with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting
• train workers in equipment operation and safe practices
• support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement
• maintain clean equipment and work areas.
