What you'll do

• Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans
• advise the CEO and executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and culture
• build scalable talent programs and HR processes
• lead global talent acquisition and workforce planning
• strengthen employer branding
• develop employee engagement, retention, recognition, and career development programs
• oversee performance management and leadership development
• oversee compensation, benefits, and recognition
• ensure HR policies and systems are scalable and compliant
• oversee employee relations, risk management, HRIS, and people analytics.
