What you'll do

• Plan and execute projects
• ensure compliance with NESC electrical codes, OSHA regulations, and customer safety requirements
• assist with overhead and underground construction and service upgrades
• lead, train, and mentor crews
• supervise linemen and groundmen
• use electronic tabs and billing systems
• perform tree trimming or route clearing
• operate digger and bucket trucks and tow trailers as required
• prepare redlines, as-builts, and daily production reports
• identify process improvements.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, five years of demonstrated leadership experience alongside lineman teams, and RUS and fiber experience. A valid driver’s license is required; Class A CDL is preferred. Travel is required.
