HVAC Service Technician and Team Leader

The HVAC Service Technician and Team Leader role is onsite in Asheville, NC; compensation is not specified. The team leader serves as a liaison between field and administrative teams, coordinates work and reporting, supports training and performance reviews, and continues performing HVAC service technician duties. The position participates in an on-call rotation and may require occasional evening, weekend, and overnight travel.

• follow up on rescheduling and repair quotes

• support vehicle and safety inspections
• establish and lead technical training
• assist with interviews and annual reviews
• monitor work in progress and job profitability
• remain in the on-call rotation
• service HVAC equipment and support customer satisfaction.
