Blending and Packaging Technician — Second Shift

The technician performs sifting, blending, and packaging tasks to meet finished-product packaging requirements and the plant production schedule. The role operates packaging equipment, checks product and labels, and coordinates with quality control and maintenance to support production.

What you'll do

• Review product orders and fill bags, bulk sacks, and pails
• operate bagging scales, robots, palletizers, forklifts, and sweepers
• set packaging printers and robots
• shrink-wrap pallets and verify labels
• clean work areas
• stop sifters and change screens when material is out of specification
• communicate with quality control and maintenance
• replace leaking hoses and boots
• set up coating systems when required.
