What you'll do

• Develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement programs
• create and deliver onboarding and training for global Community Powered Growth and Engagement teams
• coordinate educational content with cross-functional stakeholders
• develop eLearning, participation guides, worksheets, email templates, and videos
• launch and manage Highspot for Community Managers
• manage training and documentation
• gather and implement feedback from field teams.
