Environmental Estimator

What you'll do

• Review project plans, environmental assessments, specifications, and bid documents
• prepare quantity takeoffs and labor, equipment, material, and disposal cost estimates
• solicit pricing from subcontractors and vendors
• identify project risks, constructability concerns, and value-engineering opportunities
• attend site visits and pre-bid meetings when necessary
• prepare bid packages and supporting documents
• coordinate project handoffs with project managers and operations
• support budgets, change order pricing, proposals, and supplier and subcontractor relationships.
