What you'll do
- Supervise nurses and nurse aides

- conduct physician and resident rounds
- monitor and document resident conditions and communicate with physicians
- assist with transportation arrangements for outside appointments
- participate in resident assessment and care planning
- complete nursing assessments and histories for admissions, transfers, readmissions, and discharges
- monitor or initiate ordered IV therapy and medication
- conduct quality-assurance assessments and report concerns to the Director of Nursing
- evaluate agency nurse care and compliance.

Why this role
