The Digital Process Automation Specialist role is onsite in Hampton, VA, with pay of $22–$27 per hour. The position supports an initiative to digitize paper-based processes and reduce administrative effort across Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and other teams. The specialist turns manual forms, approvals, emails, spreadsheets, and paper workflows into standardized digital processes. The work aims to simplify operations, improve visibility and data quality, strengthen controls, and free employees to focus on higher-value work.

What you'll do

• Design and build workflows with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
• convert paper forms, approvals, emails, and spreadsheets into digital workflows
• create forms and applications
• automate approvals, notifications, reminders, escalations, and status tracking
• use SharePoint Lists and Microsoft 365 to manage workflow data
• create audit trails and approval records
• analyze current processes and recommend simplifications
• conduct user acceptance testing, troubleshoot, support deployment, document procedures, train users, and track workflow metrics and improvements.
