The Caregiver role is onsite in Sherwood, TN, providing in-home care. Pay is $16.00–$17.50 per hour. Stand Out Home Care provides personalized care intended to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes, including clients served through VA and CHOICES programs. Caregivers follow individualized care plans and assist clients with daily living, personal care, mobility, meals, and routines. The role also provides companionship and supervision, helps maintain a safe home environment, and reports changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate team member.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders, companionship, and supervision
• run errands and assist with daily routines
• follow individualized care plans
• maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• report changes in client condition to the appropriate team member.
