What you'll do

• Talk with homeowners to understand their situations and motivations
• build a pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, agents, public data, and local relationships
• follow up consistently
• evaluate properties, comparable sales, repairs, and potential deal value
• present offers and negotiate purchase agreements
• work toward a target of 3+ signed contracts per month
• maintain pipeline and follow-up in the CRM.
