Associate Product Buyer, Event Gifting

The Associate Product Buyer, Event Gifting role is onsite in West Des Moines, IA; compensation is not specified. ITA Group’s Event Gifting team supports gifting programs for corporate events and other company solution lines. The role helps Product Buyers plan and execute gifting programs by coordinating requests, supplier and client invoices, supplier information, and order details. It also contributes product research and proposal development so gifting selections and event costs are organized and aligned with client and event needs.

What you'll do

• Manage and track proposal requests and other incoming requests
• maintain the Event Gifting inbox
• delegate and track requests with buyers
• confirm proposal information and maintain client folders
• manage supplier and client invoices, reconcile estimated costs with final invoices, and collaborate with Accounting
• maintain supplier information
• as needed, place and manage purchase orders and secure artwork and proof approvals
• research products and develop proposals in PowerPoint
• collaborate with the internal marketing group to align gifting programs with event communication strategy.
