Home Health Caregiver

Job overview

The Home Health Caregiver role is onsite in clients’ homes in Waupaca, WI; compensation is $15–$16 per hour. The caregiver supports SYNERGY HomeCare’s work to provide care that meets clients’ immediate needs and helps improve their lives. The role exists to provide personalized assistance and support to people in their homes. By helping with daily activities, mobility, and emotional comfort, the caregiver contributes to clients’ well-being and builds relationships with clients and their families.

What you'll do

• Provide personalized in-home care, which may include assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• assist with mobility, transferring, and ambulation as needed
