What you'll do

• Complete daily work orders
• troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry issues
• assist with apartment inspections and turnover repairs
• maintain preventive-maintenance records
• stay current on building codes and safety standards
• maintain trash areas
• respond to after-hours emergency calls according to company policy
• assist with snow removal.
