The Head Start Teacher role is onsite in Aberdeen, MD. Pay is $26.54–$30.38 per hour, based on education and experience. What you'll do

• Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and individualized instruction
• refer children who may need additional support to appropriate staff
• implement team-developed behavior plans and IEPs
• facilitate classroom activities and field trips
• maintain ongoing child portfolios and assessments
• foster a positive learning environment
• supervise children and use positive behavior strategies
• maintain a safe, clean classroom
• attend training and meetings
• and maintain accurate, confidential files.
