What you'll do

• Respond to prospective and current residents by phone, email, and in person
• conduct property tours and market available units
• process rental applications, credit and background checks, and references in compliance with Fair Housing laws
• prepare lease agreements and maintain leasing records
• collect rent, application fees, and deposits
• coordinate move-in and move-out inspections
• submit and follow up on maintenance requests
• inspect common areas and vacant units for readiness.
