What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric and adult patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform wellness exams, preventive screenings, and routine follow-up visits.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medication management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR.
