What you'll do

• Collaborate with operations staff across processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing, shipping, and secondary
• support business development and client relationships
• manage Top of Mind functions
• create and manage procedures for team efficiency
• gather, analyze, upload, and label documents in Encompass
• follow up on critical client documents
• enter data, facilitate credit pulls, and run DU/LP and GUS through the LOS
• set appointments and organize business gatherings
• support marketing communications.
