Credit & Collections Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage collections for assigned accounts
• monitor aging and escalate high-risk accounts
• conduct follow-ups and payment negotiations
• coordinate with Sales and Service to resolve disputes
• evaluate creditworthiness and recommend limits
• review financial data and credit reports
• approve or hold orders under company policy
• support payment application and report collection, aging, and DSO metrics.
