What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries
• process reservations and check-ins
• delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests
• resolve guest complaints
• prepare and distribute reports
• complete bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures
• verify, audit, and reconcile room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bills, and occupancy percentages.

Why this role
