What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices and purchase requisitions in the ERP system
• assist with vendor payment preparation and check runs
• monitor open receipts and purchase orders and resolve vendor issues
• support vendor invoice processing for the Bellevue site in SAP
• process biweekly payroll and related bonuses
• reconcile payroll in the ERP system and review 401(k) funding
• assist HR with benefits and audit documentation
• track fixed assets and construction-in-process
• support monthly general-ledger close.
