What you'll do

• Develop recruitment plans for homecare staffing needs
• post openings on job boards, social media, and industry networks
• source and pre-screen candidates and verify credentials and references
• identify potential staff markets
• support candidates through recruitment
• develop retention programs
• streamline onboarding and compliance checks
• follow employment laws
• attend job fairs and networking events in Onondaga and Cayuga counties.
