What you'll do

• Provide management and technical expertise to the MIS division and secondary support to facility users
• oversee daily MIS service operations, staff coverage, call levels, and contractual compliance
• troubleshoot hardware and software
• support facility IT infrastructure, systems security, inventory, reporting, backups, licensing, and staff training
• coordinate with corporate and regional IT staff.
