The Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant role is onsite across listed patient assignments in West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Loxahatchee, Wellington and Boynton Beach, FL; pay is $17 per hour. VNA of Florida is a nonprofit home health provider that has supported patients healing and remaining independent at home for 50 years. The aide provides personal care, companionship and mobility support according to individualized care plans, while helping with meals and light housekeeping and reporting changes in patient condition. What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with mobility, transfers and ambulation

• observe and report changes in patient condition
• follow individualized care plans.
