What you'll do

• Administer routine oral, inhalation, and topical medications under licensed nurse supervision unless state law allows otherwise
• observe and report adverse reactions or resident changes
• document medication administration
• take vital signs and calculate doses
• stock medication carts and remove discontinued medications
• handle and store medications safely
• respond to resident requests and perform assigned direct-care duties.
