The Senior Project Manager / Program Manager, Finance role is hybrid in Urbandale, IA, onsite Monday through Wednesday, for an 18-month W-2 contract assignment. Compensation is not specified. The role coordinates finance transformation work streams spanning people, processes, technology, and real estate to deliver the Finance function’s target operating model. It keeps projects aligned across regions and functions by managing plans, dependencies, risks, issues, change control, and executive communication.

What you'll do

• Manage and support Finance Transformation work streams and transitions
• prioritize multiple projects and communicate activities and dependencies across regions and functions
• select and use implementation documentation, toolkits, and migration schedules
• develop business cases, assessments, communication plans, and detailed project plans
• present updates to senior Finance leadership and facilitate problem solving and decisions
• manage deliverables, risks, issues, escalation, and change control across functions.
