What you'll do

• Guide and counsel clients in housing programs toward their goals
• model appropriate interactions and life skills
• maintain safe community spaces
• support clients with social and emotional challenges
• conduct facility rounds and checks
• control facility access and support health and safety
• respond to emergencies with appropriate staff and responders
• collaborate with staff
• maintain shared resources such as food and laundry
• assist with client wellness and safety tasks.
