What you'll do

• Run daily operations as manager on duty on the café manager’s scheduled days off
• partner on gross profit, labor percentage, and waste control
• build and adjust schedules, manage inventory, and place orders
• coach and develop shift leads and baristas
• conduct first-round interviews and provide hiring recommendations
• support performance reviews and disciplinary actions
• address operational issues
• uphold health and safety standards
• lead service on the floor.
