Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable in NetSuite, including invoice coding and payment processing
• review invoices and approvals
• post invoices to the general ledger
• process weekly check, ACH, and credit-card payments
• maintain check-run reports and supporting records in SharePoint
• resolve vendor discrepancies and reconcile statements
• record monthly credit-card activity
• support monthly close, audits, and year-end forms as needed.
