Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant role is onsite in Middleburg, FL. Compensation is not specified. Working under the Maintenance Supervisor, the assistant performs routine repairs and preventive maintenance and helps keep work areas safe and equipment in good order. This work supports a functional, well-maintained environment for residents, associates, and visitors.

What you'll do

• Perform minor and day-to-day repairs, improvements, and preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, lawns, and grounds as directed. Keep equipment and work areas clean, clear, and safe
• participate in disasters and fire drills as needed
• hang bulletin boards, pictures, and other items in resident and common areas
• report incidents or accidents to the Maintenance Supervisor
• and perform floor care as needed.
