What you'll do

• track assets from procurement through retirement
• maintain the CMDB in alignment with ITIL practices
• collaborate with IT operations, security, and procurement on policies and compliance
• support license management, audits, and usage optimization
• facilitate configuration and change management
• report asset utilization, costs, and lifecycle trends
• investigate discrepancies and recommend process improvements
• serve as Tier 2–3 escalation for related issues.
