What you'll do

• Secure and manage externship sites
• obtain new affiliations in students’ geographic areas
• conduct site visits to evaluate performance and address concerns
• collaborate with Career Services and Placement teams
• guide students on attendance, professionalism, and performance
• conduct orientations and support resumes and interview preparation
• maintain timecards, evaluations, and affiliation agreements
• track progress and completion
• teach and manage the online externship course
• tutor students at risk of not passing the board exam.
