• Oversee manufacturing finance processes, including standard-cost analysis and maintenance
• ensure accurate bills of materials and routings
• analyze plant variances and performance metrics
• support monthly reporting, forecasts, budgets, and plant reviews
• maintain SOX and internal controls
• oversee inventory accounting and counts
• support capital investment decisions
• lead or develop financial personnel
• and drive process improvements with operations and plant leaders.
