The Industrial Crating and Packaging Carpenter works onsite in Hiram, OH, earning $21–$24 per hour. What you'll do

• Review orders and templates
• measure and cut lumber
• assemble crates, skids, boxes, and protective inserts
• stamp, stencil, and label packaging
• verify finished-goods contents against pick lists
• prioritize and stage outbound loads
• support shipping and receiving, inspect incoming goods, and maintain inventory records
• complete other carpentry projects and apply paint or varnish as needed.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in a manufacturing setting using saws, nailers or staplers, cranes, and measuring tools, and experience operating both sit-down and stand-up warehouse equipment. Shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience is preferred.
