The specialist organizes service workflows, follows customer requests through completion, and coordinates appointments and follow-up so the agency can maintain responsive customer relationships and an active service pipeline.

What you'll do

• Organize incoming service needs and daily workflow
• assist with billing and payment requests
• coordinate business insurance service requests, certificates, policy changes, and underwriting requests
• coordinate claims-related calls and follow-up
• maintain tasks and documentation in Salesforce
• schedule and prepare for appointments
• contact customers to confirm or reschedule
• identify outstanding Auto, Fire, and Life insurance needs and ensure follow-up
• assist with marketing and community activities after higher-priority work is handled.
