The role builds practical learning experiences and supports staff readiness to perform their work effectively while contributing to OCOK’s training program and performance goals.

What you'll do

• Evaluate staff strengths and development needs
• translate permanency requirements into training
• help build the permanency training program and plans
• select training methods and content
• create skill practice exercises
• facilitate structured learning and evaluate effectiveness
• deliver new-hire and continuing-staff courses
• teach SSCC policies, OCOK permanency subject matter, and DFPS-required CVS subject matter
• collaborate with team members and attend meetings
• travel to OCOK counties.
