Shift Leader

Job overview

The Shift Leader role is onsite in the Billings, MT metropolitan area, with compensation of $16–$18 per hour including tips. The role helps Dave’s Hot Chicken deliver food and service to guests while leading restaurant shifts.

What you'll do

• Lead and direct team members during shifts
• help open or close the restaurant
• assign positions and organize shift work
• maintain food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and guest-service standards
• coach and support team members
• handle guest concerns
• and follow food-safety, cash-handling, and restaurant procedures.
