What you'll do

• Manage insurance accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• research and resolve denied, rejected, and underpaid claims
• submit corrected claims, appeals, and supporting documentation
• contact payers for claim status and reimbursement
• use CentralReach for billing workflows, claims, payment posting, and reporting
• monitor authorizations and billing against approved units
• maintain payer records
• collaborate with intake, clinical, and authorization teams
• support month-end reporting and revenue-cycle tracking.
