What you'll do

• Complete ongoing, annual, and interim re-examinations for Housing Choice Voucher participants
• notify participants and landlords of updates
• initiate move requests and rent adjustments
• interpret HUD and agency policies
• calculate income and rent
• execute HAP contracts
• conduct interviews
• collect eligibility documentation
• maintain compliant records and caseloads
• respond to participant and property-owner inquiries
• negotiate with landlords within program guidelines.
