What you'll do

• Provide clean silverware and dishes
• clean inside and outside areas, restrooms, parking lot, dumpster, trash cans, and back dock
• organize the utility area
• complete the duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards
• follow local health department laws
• stock cook, line, and server areas with glasses, silverware, and dishes
• report equipment and facility problems to the manager.
