Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is an onsite, full-time position in Miami, FL. Pay is $17–$18 per hour. The role supports the grounds, facilities, amenities, and common areas of Blue Lagoon Condominium Association. The technician completes scheduled work orders and routine cleaning and maintenance to keep common areas clean and appealing. The role also performs minor building repairs, maintains equipment and records, follows safety procedures, and assists with hurricane preparation.

What you'll do

• Complete daily work orders
• clean and disinfect common areas
• perform routine maintenance including garbage pickup, pressure washing, painting touch-ups, and lighting checks
• use and maintain equipment safely
• move items as directed
• make minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other repairs when no permit is required
• maintain records and reports
• assist with hurricane preparation
• follow safety procedures and provide customer service.
