What you'll do

• Assess residents’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs
• develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• administer medications and treatments
• monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition
• provide direct nursing care including wound and catheter care and assistance with daily living
• supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs
• document assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes
• participate in care conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
